Fall 2017 Schedule. Palo Alto Adult School Cooking Classes
Monica Spiller will be teaching whole wheat sourdough breadmaking in the Palo Alto High School kitchen classroom this
fall. Recipes will be similar to those already to be found in the RECIPES section of this website. Emphasis will be on using
locally produced grains. Additional recipes and information will be given out in the classes. The sourdough starter class
is a requisite for later classes. Please note there are required items to bring to the class; some items can be purchased
in the class. Information about Registration is given in the Palo Alto Adult School Schedule, see above.
